The other day I was watching Marie Claire’s Shelf Portrait– the show where celebrities and famous bookworms talk about books and give the tour of their massive libraries with the latest episode featuring singer and songwriter Alanis Morisette. She describes how reading spiritual books changed her life. That’s  kind of how it occurred to me that I haven’t really read that many spiritual awakening books or books that help change our mindset on life in general.

So I picked up “The four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz”, a few days later to give it a go. The book focuses on the four agreements that we as human beings should follow. Although it doesn’t dive deep into topics such as meditations of spiritual awakening, I indeed felt it was a beautiful book to get started if you’re on a journey to reading spiritual books.

If you are someone who wants to involve books that help you practise spirituality and mindfulness to fulfil the soul, this post is for you.

This post contains the best books about practising spiritually, some examples of spiritual well being and books that teach you ways to express spirituality in our daily life!
