Non-fiction books that’ll change your life

I fell in love with reading around two years ago. From reading 1 or 2 books (sometimes 0) I ended up reading almost more than 100 books a year!

But throughout my reading lists, you will hardly find a non-fiction or self-help book!

I loved reading fictional stories and characters. I wanted to laugh or cry after reading certain stories.

Almost in the middle of 2019, I got to know about this app called Blinkist, an app that can give you a 15 quick summary of any nonfiction book. You can either read it or listen to it. I love listening to them. Mainly for two reasons; one it’s super convenient when you do something else, second it has amazing narrators.

It’s because of BLINKIST that  I started enjoying some of the best nonfiction books of all time. Oh, and the best part about the app was I could save some of the best points from the books.

So in 2020, I am planning to dedicate my time to indulge in life-changing nonfiction books that are about life, creativity, time management, and productivity as well as mental health.

And guess what I have already finished my VERY FIRST non-fiction by Elizabeth Gilbert in December. The book is called Big magic, a must-read for anyone who wants to explore their creative side!

So in the year if you are looking for some self-help books here are 7 non-fiction books that will change your life in every way. Best non-fiction books about life and understanding the world a lot better.
